This heavy duty HOT FORGED SAE 1045 steel swivel section
is built to the same dimensions as the most popular
cold forged industrial casters on the market today.
-
The 3/4" kingpin is formed as part of the top
plate to add strength amd durability to the swivel.
- The
2.5" diameter load race is precision machined
to a mirro smooth finish concentric to the integrally
forged kingpin.
- The
legs are 1/4" bar formed and welded both inside
and outside for additional strength.
- The
hot forged, machined raceway with integral kingpin
gives you a stronger swivel with heavier section thickness
that will out perform cold forged, or stamped casters,
in swivel applications.
- Swivel
locks, brakes and a variety of options are available...please
consult the factory.
