BENEFITS

Bearing races are precision machined out of rough C-1045 steel forgings. A Timken tapered load bearing, and tapered thrust bearing enhance the precision nature of this caster, giving the swivel section the highest load carrying capacity for its class, and a tight tolerance fit. This design is used in applications where high load capacities are required, however, the area for the caster does not lend itself the bulkiness of larger casters, or where constant use under load is needed from a high performance caster. The 1-1/4" diameter, integrally forged kingpin and slotted adjusting nut, add strength and longevity to the life of the swivel section.
