Performa wheels offer the advantages of both hard and soft tread materials in a single wheel. Like a hard tread wheel, Performa rolls easily and is very durable. Like a soft tread wheel, it rolls quietly, protects floors and resists impacts with a cushion ride. It also features maximum weatherability, low temperature flexibility, resistance to chemicals, water and steam, and rejects floor debris such as metal shavings. Non-marking thermoplastic elastomer tread is permanently bonded to durable polyolefin wheel core.

Temperature Range: -451Ú4F to +1801Ú4F intermittent service (1201Ú4 continuous service).
Hardness: 65 Durometer Shore A scale.

Moldon Polyurethane HI-TECH Wheels

Capacity up to 1700 lbs each • 3-7 SERIES
Industrial strength polyurethane tread bonded to "ribbed" polyolefin core. This design adds strength for loads subjected to shock and hard impacts. Tread is molded in , around and through a ribbed extension of the core to prevent debonding. Standard colors are red tread on grey core.

Not recommended for conditions of continuous operation such as tow-line, etc.
Temperature Range: -451Ú4F to +1801Ú4F intermittent service (1201Ú4 continuous service).
Hardness: 55 Durometer Shore D scale.

A light-weight, ultra-durable wheel. It has a very high strength-to-weight ratio and is capable of long service under heavy loads. Red polyurethane is permanently bonded to aluminum core.

Temperature Range: -451Ú4F to +1801Ú4F intermittent service (1201Ú4 continuous service).
Hardness: 55 Durometer Shore D scale.
Finish: Aluminum
Zerk Fitting: Zerk grease fitting in hub is standard on 7 and 8 Series wheels.

Endura Solid Elastomer Wheels

Capacity up to 1200 lbs each • 5 SERIES
When you need a wheel to roll easily under heavy loads, Colson offers the perfect solution. Endura wheels out-perform most conventional caster wheels on the market. The secret is Colson's solid "monoform" wheel construction. With this unique design, wheel tread and core are molded as a single unit. This eliminates wheel tread separation and bond failure.

Maximum durability. Colson's exclusive solid elastomer compound delivers greater durabiltiy than conventional metal, rubber, plastic, polyurethane and phenolic wheels.

Outlasts competitors. Colson's severe and competitive test procedures prove Endura wheels outlast competitive solid elastomer wheels by more than 50%! In fact, these new caster wheels handle maximum loads with minimum tread wear-even after extensive use.

Rolls, swivels easier. Colson test results show that Endura wheels start rolling, keep rolling and swivel easier than our best competitor.

Perfect for tow-lines. Even in continuous operation, these new wheels produce extremely low heat build-up making them perfect for tow-line applications (precision ball bearings required).

Performance advantages. Not only are endura wheels strong and easy rolling, but they resist most chemicals, oils, greases, petroleum products and solvents. In addition, Endura wheels offer excellent resistance to chipping, cracking and flat-spotting. Superior impact strength and abrasion resistance further enhance durability.

Hard tread polyolefin wheel. Light weight and offers non-marking floor protection. Resists hard impacts. Very light in weight, yet impact strength is far more superior to hard rubber wheels. Offers superior resistance to most oils, chemicals, grease, solvents and acids. For light and medium duty applications. Standard color is black.
